Shipping policy
Orders ship within a week of purchase, typically within 2-4 days. You will be sent a tracking number when your shipping label is generated. The order will ship within 24 hours of the shipping label being created.
Damaged Orders and Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, but damaged items are typically replaced or refunded after photos of damage are sent, and returns are handled differently depending on proximity, order size and number of products to be returned.

International Customers
All packages are shipped through USPS. They don't allow for sender-paid duties so you will be responsible for the duty tax when the package gets to your country. This is typically from somewhere between $2-20, usually on the lower side, depending on your country and the price of your order.
I am working to get on board with another carrier to reduce shipping costs internationally. I know they can make the order feel not worth it and I understand the frustration. I appreciate your interest and support greatly.
